So sorry to hear you’re having problems getting hold of a copy. We’ll look into this. The Kindle version is available globally (but requires a Kindle or a Kindle reader on your Pc/iPad/iPhone, the latter are free). We will consider shipping paperbacks to the US direct also, but the shipping costs may be undesirable.
